At this time we are NOT providing instant locs or loc extensions. We do offer comb coils or two strand twist for starter locs ONLY!
Upon arrival, please call/text to be buzzed into the building. Please wash your hands in the restroom upon entering and exiting the building. Per usual, I will be implementing strict cleaning practices including, but not limited to properly sanitizing my suite, chairs, tables, sinks, door handles, payment terminals, clean capes, towels, and combs, inbetween and for each client! Now, to adhere to said cleaning practices I will have a limited number of appointments each day. Please plan accordingly!
ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN are allowed in the salon unless they are scheduled for services!
I RESERVE THE RIGHT RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO REDUCE ANY GAPS AND ENSURE A STEADY THE FLOW OF MY DAY. IF RESCHEDULING IS NEEDED, I WILL CONTACT YOU VIA TEXT MESSAGE/EMAIL
πA 50% deposit plus $2 processing fee is due when booking ALL appointments.
πAll clients will be shampooed and conditioned at the time of services. Please do not put any products in your hair the day of your appointment.
πAll deposits are non refundable/transferrable and are applied to your total bill. Cash is NOT accepted for deposits.
π If rescheduling/cancelation is required, PLEASE do so at least 24 hours in advance. If the notice is not within this time frame, you will be considered a no call/no show. No calls/no shows will be billed for the entire service with the credit card on file. After 3 no call/no show, you will no longer be able to book an appointment with this salon.
πA $10 late fee is applied 15 minutes and after 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 75% of the service. NO EXCEPTIONS
π Please Do Not Bring Children/guests Along For Appointment FOR ANY REASON as space is now limited
π If you are sick, or have been around someone that has been sick, please reschedule your appointment for another day.
π All clients must be aged 10 and over. There are no children's prices available at this time.
π Previous hairstyles, braids, and twists must be removed BEFORE your scheduled appointment. Any style removal is an extra $40
A consultation is needed BEFORE scheduling/pricing starter locs, color, or lightener services. Color/starter loc services are no longer listed on the site and MUST be priced and approved by me BEFORE services will be provided.
Dreadlocks repairs are priced individually and would depend on severity and work needing To be done. A consultation is needed for all repairs and must be scheduled before any work can be done. I would not have time to do repairs if it is not booked with your appointment time.
